Noemi Toth, MSN, CRNA | Director of Longevity and Brain Health

noemi@aspenintegrativemedicine.com

Noemi brings over 16 years of clinical anesthesia expertise to Aspen Integrative Medicine, along with a deeply personal commitment to brain health and longevity medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 2006 and her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Anesthesiology, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010.

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Noemi has spent her career at the intersection of physiology, pharmacology, and patient care. Her passion for mental health advocacy led her to found two ketamine therapy clinics, in Miami and Aspen, where she witnessed firsthand how closely mental well-being is tied to underlying physical health. That insight inspired her to pursue advanced certification in IV Therapy, expanding her ability to help patients optimize their bodies from the inside out.

Noemi’s focus on brain health took on new depth and urgency after her husband sustained a traumatic brain injury, an experience that reshaped her understanding of resilience, recovery, and the long-term impact of daily choices on cognitive function. Today, she channels that perspective into a holistic approach to longevity medicine, helping patients not just treat illness, but proactively build the healthspan and brain health they’ll rely on for decades to come.

At Aspen Integrative Medicine, Noemi is dedicated to helping patients understand that true longevity isn’t just about adding years to life, it’s about optimizing every system, starting today, for a sharper, healthier tomorrow.
